What We Do

At the Trisha Eve Center for Healing, we support individuals who are carrying the weight of deep emotional pain, whether rooted in trauma, loss, anger, guilt, or unresolved experiences. These feelings can build over time, often showing up as isolation, destructive patterns, or a sense of being overwhelmed. Our work is centered on helping people safely process and release these emotions in a supportive environment, so they no longer have to carry them alone.

Through guided group sessions and individualized support, we create space for honest expression, emotional release, and meaningful healing. Whether someone is seeking relief from intense internal pressure, struggling with harmful coping behaviors, or simply trying to make sense of their experiences, we meet them where they are with compassion, structure, and care.

Our Goals

Our goal is to help individuals move from a place of emotional overwhelm to a place of stability, clarity, and restoration.

We work with people who may be experiencing:

  • Intense anger, rage, or bitterness

  • Deep grief, guilt, or unresolved loss

  • Fear, anxiety, or emotional numbness

  • Patterns of self-destructive coping or avoidance

Left unprocessed, these experiences can lead people toward harmful paths, not because they want to suffer, but because they are trying to escape pain, silence memories, or fill an internal void.

At the Trisha Eve Center, we focus on addressing the root of that pain, creating healthier, more sustainable ways to process and release what has been carried for too long.

Group Sessions

Pressure Release Sessions
These sessions are designed to help participants safely express and release built-up emotional intensity. Anger, grief, frustration, and pain are often held inside the body and mind, creating pressure over time. In a structured and supportive group environment, participants are guided through healthy ways to acknowledge, express, and move through these emotions, without judgment.

Understanding Destructive Coping
These sessions focus on the patterns people use to cope with overwhelming pain, including substance use and other harmful behaviors. Rather than focusing on shame, we explore the underlying reasons these patterns develop, helping participants understand what they are trying to escape or manage, and introducing healthier alternatives for coping and healing.

Group work also offers something many people are missing: the realization that they are not alone.

Individual Sessions

Individual sessions provide a private, one-on-one space for deeper exploration and healing.

These sessions are ideal for those who:

  • Prefer a more personal setting

  • Are working through sensitive or complex experiences

  • Want focused support on specific emotional wounds

In this setting, we work at your pace to process experiences, address unresolved pain, and begin the work of healing in a way that feels safe and manageable.

Our Approach

We do not believe in judgment, quick fixes, or forcing change.

We believe in:

  • Creating a space where people feel safe to be honest

  • Meeting individuals exactly where they are

  • Supporting emotional expression in healthy, constructive ways

  • Helping people reconnect with themselves and their sense of control

Healing is not about erasing the past, it’s about learning how to live without being controlled by it.
